Cancellation
A booking can be cancelled before the start of the rental provided the cancellation is received in writing and is addressed to : Ascot Rent A Car Ltd., E-Mail: ascot@cytanet.com.cyRefunds
In the event of cancellation within 14 days prior to the due rental start date and time, the prepaid rental amount shall be refunded less a cancellation fee in the amount of 20 Euros.After this period has elapsed, the prepaid rental amount shall be refunded less a cancellation fee in the amount of 50 Euros,
No refunds shall be given if the customer fails to collect the vehicle on the rental start date and has failed to notify Ascot Rent a Car in writing in advance of this date.
