Troodos Mountain Villages
Our sightseeing tour through the Troodos mountain villages will show you how people and nature are living together. You will see small villages with stone walls, along the hillsides, highest peak of Cyprus island with pictersque views. An integral part of trip is the traditional meal on the local tavern terrase with a view of the village old houses and Troodos pinewood hills.

Korfi village
Korfi
village is situated approximately 17 km from Limassol, second biggest
city in Cyprus. The history of this village is strongly influenced by
nature power – due to the landslide and eartquake –, it was
removed 2 km to north-east from original Korfi settlement.
Kapilio village
In Kapileio village the inhabitants'
main occupation is the cultivation of vineyards, almond trees, olive
trees and fruit orchards. Up to the 1980s Kaplilio was well known for
the production of Cyprus Peaches.
Omodos village
One of the
most interesting villages in Troodos, well know as perferct place to
taste Cyprus vine, local sweets and marvel at the handmade lace. Timios Stavros Monastery also is situated here, used as
churche nowadays.

During the excursion we will stop also at the place where the name Troodos came from.

Mount Olympus
From the Olympos mountain – highest peak of Cyprus island – you can see both North and West coastlines and during winter time this is nice skiing place.
Pano Platres village
In Pano Platres you can enjoy a peaceful walk along narrow streets after a traditional Cypriot homecooked “meze” meal in lovely Restaurant. (Meal is optional, not included in price.)
Between each stop you will be able to observe mountains splashed by pine woods as well as grape fields of Commandaria or chery/ citrus fruit trees and high limestone walls and also volcanic rocks.
